Can I order prescription glasses without visiting a store?
Yes. Enter your prescription at checkout, upload a photo of it, or send it after ordering. An optician checks the values and the lens centering before anything goes into production.
What if I do not know my pupillary distance?
You can leave it out and we will contact you, or measure it at home with a ruler and a mirror. Our opticians verify it against your frame choice either way.
How does the virtual try-on work?
Open any frame and start the try-on. It uses your camera to place the real frame on your face, so you can judge the shape and proportion before ordering. Nothing is recorded.
How long does delivery take?
Frames ship once your lenses are cut and quality-checked. You will get a tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves us, and you can follow each production step from your account.
What if they do not suit me?
Return them within 30 days for a refund. If the fit is the problem rather than the frame, contact us first — an adjustment often solves it.
Are the lenses protected against UV?
Every lens we cut includes 100% UV protection as standard, with polarized and blue-light options available during the lens step.
